No One Is Coming is a narrative documentary podcast about the moments when ordinary life stops behaving normally — and what happens next.
Each episode looks at a different kind of disruption: fires, crowds, ships, pandemics, scams, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, and, occasionally, aliens. The point is not to predict the exact thing that will go wrong. It is to get better at noticing when the rules have changed, understanding what is happening around you, and making better decisions before certainty arrives.
No bunkers. No apocalypse cosplay. Just better information, sharper instincts, useful experts, and stories about people who had to figure it out in real time.

No One Is Coming is created and hosted by Lance Still. Lance has spent her career working in strategy, storytelling, brand, culture and live experiences — which means a lot of time thinking about people, behavior, communication, and what happens when the plan stops matching reality.
The show grew out of a simple question: if, at some point in your life, you are going to be your own first responder, what would you want to know before that moment arrives? A Ten Cats Media production.
